DTG Printing

Our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing service is ideal for highly detailed artwork, gradients, and designs with unlimited colors. Unlike screen printing, pricing does not depend on the number of colors used, making DTG a flexible and cost-effective option for complex visuals and small runs.

Pricing is based on artwork size, garment color (light or dark fabric requiring a white underbase), number of print locations, and quantity.

DTG works best on 100% cotton garments and selected cotton/poly blends. It is not suitable for 100% synthetic fabrics.

Pricing is composed of three elements:
• Setup fee
• Blank fee
• Print fee (based on artwork size, garment color, quantity, and number of locations)

While screen printing generally produces more vibrant solid colors, DTG excels in capturing fine details, soft gradients, and photographic imagery with precision and flexibility.

For optimal results, we recommend using the Arrive Guide AG40 blank, which provides a smooth surface and consistent print quality.

A mockup and detailed quote are provided before production begins to ensure clarity and alignment.
